Adam Levine is a living treasure for the city of Philadelphia. I attended his bus tour and lectures on the Mill Creek, which flows through West Philly but much of it has been diverted underground into a sewer like pipe system. Living in University City near Clark Park the Mill Creek flows underground a block from my home.

How you handled the sound levels of this, via zoom/(?) is baffling.

Finally someone who pronounces the name almost correctly. Thank you ma'am. An American, no less. Today's Dutch spelling would be "Schuilkill" because of the grammar being reformed quite a few (hundred) years ago. The sound in Dutch today would be, in phonetic American; "Schowlkill" with the "ch" sounding like popcorn stuck in the throat 🍿 and the "owl" part sounding like a true blue hooter 🦉

The interview has really encouraged me. I’ve love singing since i was in Second Grade. Now 58, never having followed a career in music, but never losing my love of music, & never taking to reading music (* i tried when I was 12/13 years old, but played the clarinet by memorizing the song). I so want to participate in & eventually lead some type of choral group, bringing in percussionists, & sign language. Thank you so much!!

Indeed, some of my best moments of singing in my life come from singing with Ysaye. I'll always be grateful.

There was a small aquarium in the building in the early 60’s.

I find myself returning to listen anew to this beautiful piece for comfort and solace during these trying times. Thanks to all for creating this stunning, ethereal work. It brings peace to my soul.
